Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead policies for the Netherlands and Belgium from Rotterdam. You will translate international guidelines into local rewards solutions, advising HR, Finance and management while driving projects and improvements.

You will shape job evaluation frameworks, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Payroll, HR Partners and international stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant rewards programs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills and data affinity.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits policies for NL/BE.
• Advise HR leadership and stakeholders on compensation matters.
• Lead harmonization and integration initiatives for employment conditions.
• Manage annual salary review and bonus processes.
• Develop job evaluation and Hay-based grading frameworks.
• Translate guidelines into local solutions and recommendations.
