Job summary

Atos is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Process Expert to lead and optimize salary and benefits workflows across Benelux and Nordics. You will partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of C&B activities.

You will manage data accuracy, perform analyses and support continuous improvements while operating in a hybrid setup in the Netherlands. The role requires strong Dutch and English communication and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations or Payroll.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Execute Compensation & Benefits processes for Benelux and Nordics.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile compensation data and reports.
• Support stakeholders and escalated cases with guidance on policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policy requirements.
• Participate in projects and drive process improvements across C&B.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRSS and external vendors.
• Provide recurring reporting for Payroll, Finance and Audit.
