Job summary

Mindspace, a leading flexible workspace provider, is hiring a full-time Sales professional in Amsterdam reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will expand existing client relationships and convert new leads for Mindspace spaces across Amsterdam and Utrecht.

You will own pre-sales activities, proposals, and customer success, while nurturing a growing Mindspace community. Travel across Mindspace sites is expected as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of pre-sales and sales of our spaces, as well as customer success, retention and upsell, to drive Mindspace revenue.
• Qualify SMB leads, convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound).
• Provide a suitable proposal offer based on Mindspace guidelines.
• Follow up with customers, maintaining a consistent, open communication channel.
