Responsibilities

• Be the face of the office - greet members, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their entire day.
• Own the member experience - anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and go the extra mile to make every interaction memorable.
• Build community - get to know members by name, connect people with shared interests, and organize events that bring the community together.
• Manage day-to-day operations - handle check-ins, meeting room bookings, mail, deliveries, and general office administration.
• Keep the space guest-ready - ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and reception are always polished and welcoming.
• Sales ales and retention - conduct tours for prospective members and help convert interest into new clients.
• Solve problems on the fly - troubleshoot facility issues, liaise with vendors, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
