Job summary

Hilton The Hague is seeking a detail‑oriented Cluster C&E Billing Coordinator to oversee the billing lifecycle for Groups, Meetings & Events across the cluster, including Hilton The Hague, Hilton Rotterdam and DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen.

You will ensure invoices are accurate, revenue properly allocated, and client billing queries handled professionally. The role reports to the Groups, Conferences & Events Manager and collaborates with Finance and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event billing, hotel finance, Groups & Events administration, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, PEP PMS and Hilton systems is an advantage.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing lifecycle management for Groups, Conferences & Events in the cluster.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Record revenue allocations and handle client queries professionally.
• Create secure payment links and support clients with payment processes.
• Support month-end closing procedures and deadlines.
• Review invoices and ensure proper posting in hotel systems.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records related to event billing.
