Job summary

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South and voco® The Hague is seeking an Assistant Cluster Finance and Business Support Manager to lead daily finance operations, drive performance, and advise on profitability across two hotels in Amsterdam and The Hague.

You will oversee a finance team, coordinate with departments, and ensure accuracy of accounts while supporting strategic initiatives and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required, Dutch understanding valued but not necessary.
• Experience in hotel finance with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of accounting processes, payroll, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations for the hotel cluster.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve profitability and financial controls.
• Coach and develop the Finance & Business Support team.
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and timely monthly/annual reporting.
