Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a Client Solutions / Presales Engineer to articulate value, guide partner integrations, and support post-implementation.

You will design tailored solutions and clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating with Partnerships, Engineering, and Customer teams to accelerate adoption of REST APIs and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.
• 6+ years of experience with web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc.).
• 6+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: assist with partnerships, prepare technical sales material, develop POCs, support demos.
• Integration & Support: understand product tech, manage multi-stakeholder integrations, design custom integration blueprints via REST APIs, provide code samples.
• Growth & Process Improvement: use data tools to identify growth opportunities, automate activities to optimize client engagements.
