Lleverage in Amsterdam is seeking an Forward Deployed AI Engineer to translate customer needs into AI workflows and agents that deliver real value. You will work from technical presales through implementation, collaborating with sales, project managers, and product engineering to ensure solutions are trusted and useful.

Ideal candidates bring applied AI experience, strong API/engineering skills, and a hands-on mindset to tackle complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Customer empathy and curiosity: listen, question, translate between business needs and tech possibilities.
• Applied AI experience: built LLM-powered workflows, agents, or apps.
• Practical engineering skills: APIs, authentication, data transformations, coding in TS or Python.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer: map processes and priorities to meaningful outcomes.
• Technical presales: shape solutions, assess feasibility, build demos.
• Build workflows and agents: combine prompts, tools, data, and business logic.
• Solve integration challenges: connect to ERP and on-premise systems, troubleshoot, write code.
• Improve what you ship: evaluate against real scenarios and relay insights to prod/engineering.
