Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a GenAI Engineer to design and implement LLM-based solutions that weave GenAI, agentic workflows, and customer data tech together. You will translate business needs into actionable architectures and build prototypes to enhance ecommerce, marketing and customer service stacks.

You will also communicate decisions to non-technical stakeholders and help teams adopt AI-driven practices to improve data collection, activation and usage across client environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Technology with GenAI exposure.
• Hands-on GenAI topics and field experience required.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI solutions for customer data platforms.
• Build hand-on LLM-based prototypes for ecommerce, marketing and support.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures.
