As a Client Services Professional (CSP), you'll be at the heart of our MSP programme for a leading organisation within the biotechnology and life sciences industry in the Netherlands.
This is a highly visible role where you'll build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner and go-to contact for all contingent workforce matters. Alongside ensuring a seamless day-to-day operation, you'll help drive stakeholder engagement, enhance the client experience, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the partnership.
Working closely with the client, suppliers, and internal AgileOne teams, you'll support workforce processes through the Vendor Management System (VMS), ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding level of service.
Our Requirements
- Proven experience in MSP programmes and contingent workforce operations, ideally with hands‑on use of VMS systems
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including senior management, hiring managers, SME professionals, and contingent workforce teams
- Fluent Dutch and English are required, with the ability to communicate confidently with local stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, understanding of legislation, compliance, and current market trends
- Ability to manage high‑volume administrative processes with attention to detail, using trackers and reporting tools to maintain accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; able to interact with small and large teams, and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Service‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and stakeholder support
- Experience partnering with stakeholders in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments, such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or similar industries, would be an advantage
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor between the client, suppliers, and internal teams, taking ownership of requisitions, approvals, and compliance processes.
- Manage the full contingent workforce lifecycle through VMS, including CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and timecard approvals
- Maintain accurate system configuration, documentation, and reporting for compliance and audits
- Understanding of Dutch labour compliance requirements, market insights and contingent workforce best practices.
- Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers and maintain a visible onsite presence
- Contribute to stakeholder mapping, process improvements, and reporting to add value to the client’s operations
