Job summary

AgileOne in the Netherlands is seeking a Client Services Professional to oversee our MSP programme for a leading biotechnology and life sciences client. You will manage requisitions, vendor relationships, and compliance, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and suppliers.

The role emphasizes onsite presence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of processes to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MSP programmes and contingent workforce operations.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including hiring managers.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Strong business acumen with compliance awareness.
• Ability to manage high-volume administrative processes with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Experience in regulated environments such as biotech/pharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor between the client, suppliers, and internal teams, taking ownership of requisitions, approvals and compliance.
• Manage the full contingent workforce lifecycle through VMS, including CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and timecard approvals.
• Maintain accurate system configuration, documentation, and reporting for compliance and audits.
• Understanding of Dutch labour compliance requirements, market insights and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers and maintain a visible onsite presence.
• Contribute to stakeholder mapping, process improvements, and reporting to add value to the client’s operations.
