Job summary

AgileOne seeks a capable coordinator to support operations across client locations within our MSP/VMS programme. You will manage vendor relationships, supervise requisitions, coordinate training, and ensure data integrity in the VMS system. A BA/BS and solid reporting skills are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The role involves collaboration with client managers, staffing partners, and contingent workers, and may include on-site or home-office work in the Utrecht area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the staffing industry (recruiting, HR, coordinator, supplier management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of labour and employment laws in EMEA is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze and interpret general business information and regulations.
• Experience pulling/downloading reports and creating business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Support operations at client locations with MSP/VMS programme management.
• Act as liaison between Client and suppliers while maintaining SLAs.
• Organize client and supplier training on VMS operation and set up new users and data elements.
• Monitor requisition approvals and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and onboarding requirements with suppliers and managers.
• Assist with invoice processes and resolve billing or contract inquiries.
