Client Services Manager (CSM) at AgileOne leads the contingent workforce programme for a key client across Oss, Boxmeer, and Haarlem. This is a hybrid role with regular on-site presence; travel reimbursement is provided.

You will manage and mentor a team of Client Services Professionals, ensure compliance with Dutch labour law, streamline communication, and collaborate with senior hiring managers and HR leads across locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence meet.

Our Requirements

• Strong people manager with experience leading a team and developing talent
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with senior hiring managers, HR leads, and suppliers
• Strategic mindset with the ability to resolve issues proactively
• Deep understanding of Dutch labour law and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (SAP Fieldglass preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch (must-have) and English (professional level)
• Able to travel regularly to Oss, Boxmeer, and Haarlem
