Job summary

AMS in Boxmeer seeks a Dutch speaking Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment skills. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and support our client MSD across the Netherlands, ensuring excellent candidate experiences.

This fixed-term role requires onsite presence at least 2 days per week and aims to convert into a permanent contract.

The Role

We’re looking for a Dutch speaking Recruiter, who brings strong skills in end‑to‑end recruitment delivery and stakeholder partnership and who is motivated to support our client MSD across Netherlands. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, sourcing partners and administration team, shaping hiring outcomes while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This role requires onsite presence in Boxmeer at least 2 days per week, supporting close collaboration with Hiring Managers.

Fixed‑term contract for 12 months with the ambition to convert it into a permanent contract.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes from attraction through to offer, applying your recruitment expertise across Netherlands.
• Use your stakeholder management skills to partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role definition, and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate closely with a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build and maintain pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Use your communication skills to keep candidates and hiring managers informed through regular, clear updates.
• Apply your organisational skills to maintain accurate systems data and produce timely management information.
• Deliver against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives while managing client expectations effectively.

• Full professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple roles and stakeholders or willingness to learn.
• Strength in building trusted relationships with hiring managers through effective communication and consultation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Strength in communication, organisation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Ability to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive engagement.
