Job summary
Neoday in Tilburg seeks a Customer Implementation Manager to own the go‑live moment for loyalty programs, translating contracts into live product setups and data readiness.
You will lead the project plan, coordinate API and POS integrations, onboard clients, train users, and align Product, Tech and Customer Success to guarantee smooth launches.
English fluent; Dutch or other European languages are a bonus as you drive growth with hands‑on technical insight and proactive problem solving.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Technical Project Management, SaaS Implementation, or B2B Onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data flows is a big plus.
- Clear communicator with cross-functional coordination skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch, German, French or Italian is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Project Plan: lead internal and client kick-offs, define scope, and manage timelines.
- Bridge Business & Tech: translate commercial goals into technical requirements for Product/Tech.
- Guide the Technical Integrations: manage connections between Neoday and client POS providers.
- Guarantee Data Excellence: ensure data integrity and launch readiness for success teams.
- Drive the Onboarding: set up client instance, configure support centers, training and demos.
- Collaborate on Program Design: support data input and technical feasibility with CSMs.
