Job summary

YourData Network is seeking an experienced management professional in Doetinchem, NL, to act as the founder's right hand and link between technology, clients and team. You will lead migrations and implementations, oversee multiple projects, and mentor engineers and interns while driving commercial growth.

As you grow into a full management role, you’ll shape processes, documentation, and strategic decisions, maintaining calm under pressure and ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ICT systems administration, infrastructure or cloud.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Experience mentoring colleagues, interns or junior engineers.
• Driver’s licence (B).

Responsibilities

• Lead colleagues, freelancers and interns through client migrations and implementations
• Plan and coordinate technical projects and track their progress
• Maintain an overview of multiple clients and active projects simultaneously
• Coach and guide junior engineers and interns in their daily work
• Identify commercial opportunities with clients and route them to sales
• Build structure into processes and ensure proper documentation and knowledge retention
• Monitor billable hours, efficiency and costs
