Job summary

State Street Corporation in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Client Change Manager to lead client change initiatives within custody, fund administration, and back-office operations. You will coordinate stakeholders and deliver operational solutions that meet evolving client needs.

The role requires 5-7 years in financial services, strong stakeholder and project governance skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or similar qualification.
5-7 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
Experience managing client implementations, operational change, or strategic projects within financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
English & Dutch language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client change initiatives.
Coordinate and oversee all client change events, governance, tracking, and billing.
Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement custody and back-office solutions.
Lead client change meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
Act as project lead or subject matter expert for strategic client change requests.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful implementation.
Provide management information and reporting on change activities and outcomes.
Support and develop team members where applicable.
