It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible for:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client change initiatives.Coordinate and oversee all client change events, ensuring appropriate governance, tracking, reporting, and billing.Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement custody and back-office solutions.Lead client change meetings, workshops, and project governance forums.Act as project lead or subject matter expert for strategic client change requests.Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful implementation.Provide management information and reporting on change activities and outcomes.Support and develop team members where applicable.What we valueProven experience in custody, asset servicing, fund administration, securities operations, or back-office investment operations.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration abilities.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effectively manage complex client change programs, build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and deliver solutions that improve both the client experience and operational effectiveness.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor degree or similar qualification5-7 years’ experience in the financial services sectorExperience managing client implementations, operational change, or strategic projects within financial services.Language: English & Dutch (preferable).Work RequirementRole is a permanent position based in Amsterdam OfficeAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
