Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience delivering consulting or change projects.
• Significant experience in Financial Services, preferably Asset or Wealth Management.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and client accounts.
• Strong collaboration, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high‑impact client engagements with strong client satisfaction.
• Develop proposals, budgets and deliverables with project teams.
• Drive transformation programmes across operating models and processes.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with cross‑functional colleagues.
