Job summary

State Street Bank & Trust is seeking a Client Executive EMEA, SVP to lead strategic client engagements across the EMEA region from Amsterdam. The role requires managing a large, global client portfolio, steering cross-functional teams, and delivering sustained revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large, preferably global, P&L.
• Track record of growing revenues for a global franchise.
• Proven ability to operate and influence at client C-suite level.
• Strong understanding of operations.
• Experience managing large direct and indirect matrix organizations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive client strategy and deliver expected revenue.
• Engage the client C-suite regularly to understand the client's strategy and communicate State Street's strategy.
• Develop and communicate a joint State Street/client strategic agenda, maximizing client value by creating an effective partnership.
• Manage the client relationship like a business, with ownership of P&L.
• Maximize the client's value across all areas of the relationship, including strategic planning, delivery, and new products.
• Proactively bring new solutions from across internal areas to the client, including Global Markets and Alpha.
