Job summary

Bynder is seeking a Vice President of Operations to unify Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights under one leadership umbrella. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of about 20 across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner Operations, plus enterprise systems and analytics, building a rigorous operating model and a single source of truth.

Qualifications

12+ years in revenue/operational leadership within high-growth B2B SaaS.
Proven multi-function leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Partner Ops.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead one unified Operations function across Sales, CS, Marketing and Partner Ops.
Own CPQ and GTM enterprise applications stack, including Salesforce and related tools.
Drive growth architecture: retention, expansion, and new-logo generation with measurable metrics.
Govern data definitions and reporting to ensure a single source of truth.
Embed AI tooling to automate workflows and accelerate decision making.
Build and grow the leadership bench with senior analytics and transformation talent.
Partner with commercial leadership to optimize forecasting, pipeline and incentives.
