Job summary

Bynder seeks an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to guide top-tier brands through digital transformations and governance of content ecosystems. You will orchestrate enterprise onboardings, manage complex configurations, and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven track record in onboarding programs for Tier 1/2 SaaS customers.
Demonstrated architecture and ecosystem connectivity know-how.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations.
Experience leading AI-powered enterprise delivery and data workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Guide cross-functional teams to align onboarding with business goals.
Drive time-to-value and protect net retention targets.
