Job summary
Bynder in Amsterdam seeks a Business Applications Solution Architect to optimize Salesforce-driven commercial processes and to implement Agentforce Revenue Management on top of our existing Salesforce ecosystem. You will own end-to-end delivery, guiding stakeholders and delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You will lead architecture, drive governance, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring business value and continuity across Revenue
Qualifications
- 5+ years of solution design on the Salesforce platform with complex projects.
- Apex/LWC skills are a plus and advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of UML, BPML for architectural planning.
- Experience with Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash in SaaS environments.
- Direct CPQ tools experience, preferably Agentforce Revenue Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce re-architecture for Agentforce Revenue Management with senior peers.
- Translate strategy into concrete steps applying Salesforce best practices.
- Guide GTM and Operations teams to stay aligned toward targets.
- Own project end-to-end from requirements to change adoption.
- Balance major initiatives with day-to-day support and governance.
- Use AI tools to streamline documentation and delivery timelines.
- Ensure scalable solutions with minimal technical debt.
