Job summary

Bynder is hiring an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to guide top-tier global brands through large-scale digital transformations. You will master the platform, lead complex configurations, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will design onboarding frameworks, scale data workflows with strategic AI integrations, and advocate for enterprise-ready solutions while ensuring high-value client outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven onboarding programs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SaaS customers.
Deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations.
Strategic literacy in AI to optimize delivery and workflows.

Responsibilities

Fully lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Lead workshops on taxonomy, metadata structures, and governance models.
Drive AI tools to scale enterprise workflows and multi-language content migration.
Influence retention and expansion through rapid time-to-value and renewal readiness.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to document and prioritize enterprise fixes.
Forecast resources and maintain data hygiene across tools like Kantata/Mavenlink and Jira.
