Job summary
Bynder is seeking an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager in Amsterdam to guide high-ARR global brands through enterprise-scale digital transformations. You will lead complex onboarding programs, tailor methods for unique client profiles, and drive AI-enabled scaling of metadata workflows and migrations.
Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and ensure governance across data ecosystems. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, systemic thinking, and proactive collaboration
Qualifications
- Must have SaaS onboarding and implementation consulting experience across enterprise-scale deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management and guidance through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and SDK configurations in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise onboarding across multi-stakeholder teams and workstreams.
- Adapt onboarding methods to fit large client profiles and legacy migrations.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define taxonomy, metadata, and governance models.
- Drive AI-enabled scaling of enterprise workflows and multi-language content migrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve implementation issues and document requirements.
- Maintain project data hygiene in Kantata, Mavenlink, Jira, and Salesforce.
