Vinted is seeking a Team Lead for CRM analytics to own the analytics agenda, set measurement strategy, and build targeting capabilities. You’ll lead a small team of Decision Scientists and partner with Marketing, Data Science & Analytics, and CRM to shape the roadmap and drive experimentation.

We value 4–8 years of analytical experience, a quantitative background, and strong Python, SQL, and Looker skills on a GCP/BigQuery stack.

• Ownership mindset; proactive problem-solver.
• Strong quantitative background; metrics-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM's analytics agenda: set direction and priorities.
• Set CRM measurement strategy: credible incremental impact.
• Build targeting capabilities: predictive models and segmentation.
• Turn insights into action: shape experimentation and campaigns.
• Stay hands-on: 20–50% of time on hard problems.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Decision Scientists.
