You will shape and execute growth plans, build high-impact commercial models, and close strategic deals while optimizing services, software revenues, and fleet utilization to accelerate expansion

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader in a B2B technical or industrial environment.
• Strong market awareness and ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Basic technical understanding and curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Running marketing campaigns that reach the right target segments, shape brand perception, and spark customer interest.
• Boosting recurring revenues from services and software, partly by developing commercial models.
• Prioritizing opportunities that best align with operational and technical construction capabilities.
• Optimizing utilization of the rental fleet.
• Supporting acquisitions that complement the portfolio and accelerate growth.
