Job summary

Qualifications
- Around 6 to 8 years in commercial finance, planning or business analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of unit economics and profitability drivers.
- Cross-functional partnering experience including pricing, promotions and growth strategy.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills to translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
- A degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
- People leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own sales forecasts and lead the 3-Year Growth Plan, Annual Operating Plan and periodic forecasts.
- Analyse sales performance and unit economics to identify growth, margin and cost opportunities.
- Partner with Franchisees through regular reviews on sales, unit economics and profitability.
- Build business cases and financial models to support pricing, promotions and investments.
- Lead, coach and develop a Commercial Finance team.
- Simplify forecasting, reporting and analytics tools with BI/Data and regional finance teams.
