Responsibilities

Define and execute the commercial strategy for the European region in line with global objectives
Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of 7 direct reports across Europe
Drive sustainable revenue growth through key account management, strategic pricing, and portfolio positioning
Strengthen relationships with multinational and regional customers, acting as senior commercial sponsor where required
Oversee distributor strategy and performance across selected markets
Collaborate closely with marketing, innovation, supply chain, and operations to ensure effective execution
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision‑making
Ensure strong commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance management across the region
