Job summary

INL Cargo seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its European commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and margin expansion across markets including the Netherlands, Spain and the Balkans. You will partner with the CEO, CFO and COO to shape propositions, manage key relationships and execute large tenders.

You will build and develop a high-performing commercial organization spanning marketing, sales, account management and capacity control, with a focus on new services like 4PL control and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior commercial leadership in freight forwarding, road transport, logistics or supply chain services.
• Track record across sales, marketing, business development and key account management.
• Experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Strong network among shippers, airlines and logistics providers.
• Expertise in pricing, tenders, negotiations and margin management.
• Full professional English; Dutch/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead INL Cargo's commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe.
• Translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, margins and partnerships.
• Build and develop an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and capacity management.
• Drive tenders, complex business cases and new propositions like 4PL Control Tower and White Glove services.
