The Social Hub in Eindhoven is seeking a Chef de Partie to run your own kitchen section, cooking and plating dishes that meet our standards in taste, temperature and presentation. You’ll prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized while supporting and guiding Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.

You’ll communicate with the team to ensure smooth service, manage stock and reduce waste, and follow hygiene routines for safety.

Formación

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
• Ability to run your own section during busy services.
• Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace.
• Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs.
• Calm, organized and good time management.
• Positive, supportive attitude and teamwork.
• English and Dutch language skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service.
• Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste, temperature and presentation.
• Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized.
