Job summary

NH Collection Eindhoven is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will oversee a designated station, ensuring consistency with recipes and high-quality output, while contributing ideas to improve processes and dishes.

The role requires a hands-on, creative professional with strong English proficiency, capable of working collaboratively or independently to deliver extraordinary guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Production (MBO 3 or 4) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Guest-oriented, positive attitude, able to work in a team or independently.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency with recipes and quality.
• Propose improvements to work processes and develop dishes with the team.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain an organized, clean workspace.
