De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie to join both our Main Kitchen and Staff Restaurant teams. You will take ownership of dishes from mise-en-place through to service, ensuring quality and consistency in a busy, high-end kitchen.

You will contribute to daily staff meals, help develop varied menus, and work closely with different kitchen sections. HACCP guidelines, hygiene and safety are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a chef in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Ability to take independent responsibility for your work.
• Keen eye for flavour, quality, presentation and detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare dishes with skill and precision from mise-en-place to final service.
• Contribute to the Staff Restaurant daily meals and multi-menu planning.
• Support the Main Kitchen when needed and collaborate with kitchen teams.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute ideas for improvements.
