Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to cover two locations, Puttershoek and Lelystad. You will split your week between on-site roles, advising managers and building talent pipelines while owning end-to-end recruitment.

You will travel between sites, partner with HR colleagues, and drive stakeholder management in a fast-growing international operation. A background in logistics or operations recruitment is an advantage.

Qualifications

• HBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent.
• Experience managing vacancies independently and building stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with sourcing and proactively approaching candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process for two NL locations (Puttershoek and Lelystad).
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and labor market developments.
• Actively source candidates and build talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with HR, sourcing and employer branding teams to reach target groups.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Partner with HR Advisors at both locations and the central Recruitment Team.
