The role is freelance and performance-based, with relocation-friendly opportunities and access to client assignments across multiple European destinations.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and manage a candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source Dutch-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job platforms, and networks.
• Engage candidates and recruit for international positions across Europe.
• Manage candidate pipeline and support candidates through recruitment process to placement.
• Present opportunities, conditions and relocation packages to candidates.
• Guide candidates through assessments and interviews and maintain regular communication.
