Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh company, is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support Dutch recruiting operations. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, engage with consultants and recruiting professionals, and collaborate with global teams.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, draft communications, and contribute to events and employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization
• Proactive and collaborative with cross-team coordination
• Willingness to learn, adapt and use AI tools to improve work
• Experience with events or employer branding is a plus

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Dutch recruiting operations. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, exposure to candidate engagement, and close collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and recruitment events
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries
• Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up)
• Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content
• Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts

What we’re looking for:

• Previous recruiting experience
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting events or employer branding activities
• Basic experience with data reporting or simple analytics in Excel
