Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals is seeking a Business Analyst Logistics to improve processes within an international 3PL environment. You will connect customers, operations, and IT, identify improvement opportunities, coordinate projects, and translate requirements into practical solutions.

You will lead SIT/UAT testing, develop Power BI dashboards, and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams, with exposure to SAP, WMS, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with process improvement and project-based work.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.

Would you like to play a key role in improving logistics processes within an international 3PL environment? As a Business Analyst Logistics, you operate at the intersection of customers, operations, and IT. You identify improvement opportunities, coordinate projects, and translate business needs into practical process and system solutions. Working with leading international customers in the nutrition sector, you contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position offering plenty of opportunities for professional growth within a global supply chain organization.

What will you do?
