Job summary

Applied Medical, based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort, NL, seeks a SAP LE Functional Analyst to drive design, configuration, and rollout of SAP Logistics Execution (LE-WM) processes. You will work with SAP LE counterparts and stakeholders to implement projects and support global operations.

In this role you will focus on European requests, with potential globally oriented work, coordinating with the US SAP team and ensuring successful delivery of warehouse solutions, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor/HBO level education, preferably in Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and configuring SAP Logistics Execution (LE-WM).
• Strong understanding of SAP WM, HU management, and Transportation processes.
• Experience with SAP SD, PP, QM integration.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse management team; ensure SAP LE configuration aligns with business needs.
• Develop design documents, functional specs, test scripts, data migration, issue resolution and risk mitigation for projects.
• Provide functional/technical knowledge to support SAP LE development tasks.
• Learn business processes and facilitate software solution design.
• Ensure software solutions are designed/developed to meet project schedules.
• Collaborate with the US SAP team on projects and rollouts.

As SAP LE Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for business process design and configuration of relevant SAP Logistics Execution (LE-WM) processes. As a Functional Analyst will collaborate with SAP LE counterparts and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects and systems. The emphasis will be on the European requests and projects, but these can also be globally oriented. Daily work will include supporting the SAP Logistics Execution application and working on projects such as rollouts and implementation of new warehouse setup.

This role is ideal for a Functional Analyst who enjoys combining technical SAP expertise with business process improvement in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting warehouse management team, to ensure business process design and relevant SAP LE configuration in line with the business needs
• Developing design documents, functional specifications, test scripts, support data migration, assist in issue resolution, and risk mitigation for projects
• Providing functional and technical knowledge to support development tasks SAP LE
• Learn our business processes and facilitate software solution design
• Ensuring software solutions are designed and developed to perform as intended and are implemented according to the project schedule
• Working closely with the US SAP team

What you bring

• Bachelors/HBO level education, preferably in Computer Science
• 4+ years of working experience in implementing and configuring SAP Logistics Execution (LE-WM)
• Good understanding of Warehouse Management (SAP WM) processes and SAP HU management and Transportation process
• Integration Knowledge with SAP SD, PP, and QM Areas
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with other team members
