Job summary

Legacy London Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead EMEA warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound logistics from the Netherlands in a hybrid role.

You will drive operational excellence, develop cross-border partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and deliver large-scale logistics projects while mentoring teams and optimizing costs. You will shape strategies, establish KPIs, and partner with commercial and planning teams to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehousing.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers and carrier networks.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements and cost savings.
• Experience leading complex projects and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional European language is advantageous.
• SAP and advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Are you an experienced logistics leader looking to make a major impact across a complex international supply chain?

We're looking for a Logistics Manager to lead EMEA logistics operations across warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound logistics, and 3PL management. This is a highly visible role where you'll drive operational excellence, lead strategic projects, and build strong partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This is a hybrid role with regular travel to Belgium (approx 90 - 100 days a year) and offers an excellent salary / benefit package with a company bonus and company car
