Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals is seeking a Business Analyst Logistics to improve processes within an international 3PL environment. You will connect customers, operations, and IT, identify improvement opportunities, coordinate projects, and translate requirements into practical solutions.

You will lead SIT/UAT testing, develop Power BI dashboards, and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams, with exposure to SAP, WMS, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with process improvement and project-based work.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for improvement initiatives, change requests, and projects.
• Identify optimization opportunities and translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate customer implementations, system upgrades, and migration projects.
• Lead and support SIT and UAT testing activities.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Train and support operational users through knowledge transfer and work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with customers, operations, management, and IT teams.
