Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Business Support Specialist to optimize system-driven processes with a focus on WMS and IT collaboration. You will translate business needs into system improvements and support project implementations across Europe.

In this role you will engage with operations, IT, and external partners to drive automation and continuous improvement in a highly automated logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Experience with IT systems (ERP/WMS); experience with SAP is a plus, as many of our customers operate within this environment.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics, engineering, and automation.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
• Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements.
• Execute and support testing of system changes to ensure quality and performance.
• Participate in and support projects related to system implementations and optimizations.

YOUR TASKS

As a Business Support Specialist, you focus on optimizing and improving system-driven processes, with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems and collaboration with IT. You play a key role in managing change requests, testing system improvements, and supporting project implementations.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.607– € 4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
