Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Learning Manager to lead the regional digital learning strategy for Benelux and Scandinavia from Amsterdam. You will translate business priorities into engaging blended learning journeys and digital solutions, driving adoption across retail and wholesale channels.

You will work with regional stakeholders and Europe Learning teams to maximise impact, supervise an intern, and manage budgets and analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Learning or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital learning strategy and project management.
• Strong data analysis mindset and ability to translate insights into action.
• Ability to operate strategically while overseeing execution through an intern.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or luxury is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term digital learning strategy for Benelux and Scandinavia, including development roadmap and communication plans.
• Design blended learning paths tailored to regional stakeholders ( wholesale, retail ).
• Anchor digital learning routines that foster engagement and adoption across regions.
• Master the e-learning platform and adapt promotion strategies to regional specifics.
• Lead digital learning innovation initiatives and oversee platform roll-out.
• Guide content creation and adaptation with trainers, developers and interns.
• Ensure alignment with Europe region priorities and local marketing plans.
• Oversee LMS analytics and provide actionable insights (Excel + PowerBI); manage budget.
