Zusammenfassung

Hadrian, a cybersecurity startup, is expanding in the BENELUX region and seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The role focuses on Dutch-speaking markets, engaging with technically oriented decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline through outbound and multi-channel outreach.

You will work closely with an Account Executive to qualify opportunities, set SIMs, and push innovative strategies for the Dutch market. Travel and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 0–3 years in SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company, ideally cybersecurity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Comfort with daily cold calling and outreach; able to converse with executives.

Aufgaben

• Generate a pipeline of new business via outbound and inbound channels.
• Schedule qualified meetings using BANT/SPICED frameworks.
• Use Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other tools to prospect and follow up.
• Support marketing initiatives including ABM and field activities.
• Coordinate handovers with Account Executives for smooth transitions.
• Develop action plans tailored to Dutch territories.
