Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our global revenue team. Your mission is to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to execute territory strategy, continuously learn, and exceed quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluency in Dutch and a genuine drive for sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch is required for customer interactions.
• 1–2+ years of experience in software sales.
• Demonstrated excellence: sales attainment or high performance in other fields.
• Genuine interest in sales as a craft and willingness to learn with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through account-based outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, anchored in heavy calling and creative outreach.
• Convert conversations into committed meetings and viable opportunities with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute territory strategy.
• Continuously learn and develop your craft with coaching, enablement, and peer feedback.
• Exceed individual quotas to support the team’s win rate.
