Job summary

Alpega is hiring an Account Executive to drive BENELUX market expansion for its mid‑market TMS solutions. You will own the sales process, build relationships with mid‑sized companies, and turn opportunities into new business.

You’ll partner with Presales Engineers to demonstrate business value and work closely with Marketing and Product to gather customer feedback. This is a high‑impact, revenue‑driven role.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS enterprise software sales experience required.
• Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1) mandatory.
• Proven track record in structured value/solution selling.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills important.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process in BENELUX to close TMS deals.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting new accounts.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Understand Alpega TMS business and technical value.
• Collaborate with Presales Engineers for tailored demos.
• Drive growth and retention through customer engagement.
• Translate customer needs into opportunities for expansion.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams.
