Job summary

Uptick is expanding into Europe and seeks the first Implementation Manager for Benelux. You will onboard customers, configure their workspaces, and train teams to adopt Uptick across core modules.

This role requires fluent Dutch and English, with travel to Benelux and a base in London with relocation offered. You’ll partner with our UK team, manage projects end-to-end, and grow into regional leadership as the Benelux region scales.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding.
• Strong data skills; confident with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solutions consulting mindset; technically precise and adaptable.
• Ability to prioritise, track, and report implementation status.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and configure customer workspaces for Benelux.
• Train the customer's team to use Uptick and drive adoption.
• Deliver implementation projects on time and manage go-live.
• Keep internal project docs up to date for reporting and continuity.
• Build and nurture relationships with Dutch-speaking customers.
