Job summary

Horizon3 is hiring for a Commercial Account Executive to grow our Benelux business, focused on Belgium. You will build relationships, drive new logo momentum, and collaborate with partners and the broader team to extend Horizon3’s reach in the region.

This role requires proven selling experience, strong market sense, and the ability to work across marketing, channel, and sales engineers. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years closing IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Experience in commercial/mid-market sales across markets.
• Strong relationship building, ownership and accountability.
• Native Dutch fluency and strong English; French a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow Commercial business in assigned markets through customer engagement and partner collaboration.
• Create new logo momentum and build local market pipeline.
• Manage opportunities with ownership and strong follow-through.
• Collaborate with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and Sales Engineers.
• Contribute to partner and territory plans and execute them.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Channel, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and leadership.
• Provide useful market feedback to the business.
• Represent Horizon3 well with customers and partners.
• Develop capability, product knowledge, and commercial effectiveness.
