Job summary

Lobster in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Executive to own full-cycle B2B sales across the Benelux region. You will source opportunities, close deals directly or with partners, and manage end-to-end sales in a fast-paced, technical space.

Expect a ramp-up plan with a personal quota, ongoing development, and a culture that rewards performance quickly through quarterly bonuses and a year-end accelerator. Fluent in Dutch and English, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a new-logo track record.
• Creative hunter mentality with pipeline from scratch experience.
• Comfort working with partners and staying in control of deals.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle new-business sales across the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).
• Source opportunities, close deals directly or with partners, and manage the end-to-end process.
• Maintain strict CRM hygiene and self-manage pipeline and schedule.
• Develop growth with a formal onboarding and ramp-up plan linked to personal goals.
