Job summary

BRG Group is seeking a Beanz Co-Ordinator for Germany to drive partner onboarding and merchandising strategy across the EU. The role focuses on sourcing roasters, managing SLA compliance, and coordinating marketing efforts with Beanz.com in Germany.

You will align roaster partners with Sage brand requirements, support logistics integration, and collaborate with UK/EMEA teams on go-to-market strategies, aiming to expand Beanz.com in the EU coffee market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in training, sales, marketing or managerial roles within coffee industry.
• Strong communication and project management capabilities.
• Experience with e-commerce and onboarding partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source coffee and roasters and present to EMEA Manager for joint approval.
• Manage roaster performance and ensure SLA compliance with Beanz.com.
• Coordinate marketing calendars and Beanz Germany integration strategy with retail channels.
