Job summary

Breitling seeks a Lead e-Commerce Europe & Managing Director BEU for a temporary mission in the Amsterdam area. You will steer commercial and digital strategies across EMEA, align with top management in Switzerland, and drive growth, customer experience, and market expansion.

You will lead and develop teams across multiple markets, manage budgets, and oversee multilingual customer service and logistics to ensure premium service and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior e-commerce, digital commerce, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of online performance, customer journeys, and markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local organization, set strategic priorities and drive performance.
• Own the e-commerce budget/targets across EMEA and SEA, identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales plans; optimize processes and customer journeys.
• Lead e-commerce logistics and ensure end-to-end operational excellence.
• Drive loyalty initiatives and strengthen online brand awareness.
• Plan market expansions and manage stock across markets.
• Strengthen partnerships with payments, logistics, platforms, etc.
• Oversee multilingual customer service teams with alignment to commercial goals.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional partners across markets.
